These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment and participation in the SA Masterclass (the “course”) provided by UK-Breaks, hereinafter referred to as "the Course Provider." By enrolling in the course, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Interpretation
1.1 “Conditions” refers to these terms and conditions stipulated in this document.
1.2 “Intellectual Property” refers to all course materials, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and recordings provided by the course provider.
1.3 “Intellectual Property Rights” refers to the legal protections of intellectual property, including patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, trademarks and service marks, business names and domain names, and the right to sue for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, database rights, rights to use and protect the confidentiality of confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets), and all other forms of intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered. This includes all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights, as well as all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection that exist or will exist now or in the future in any part of the world.
1.4 “Participants” refers to the individuals enrolled to and participating in the course.
1.5 “Website” refers to the UK-Breaks SA Masterclass website with the domain of https://uk-breaks-masterclass.co.uk/ wherein full details of the course may be found.

2. Course Description
2.1 The UK-Breaks SA Masterclass is a comprehensive course designed to equip participants with advanced knowledge and skills in acquiring and managing property specific to the UK holiday let rental market.

3. Enrollment Eligibility
3.1 The course is open to all individuals interested in enrolling.
3.2 Anyone may register for the course through the UK-Breaks SA Masterclass website by submitting the required fees.

4. Course Objectives
4.1 The course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of property management principles.
4.2 The course aims to develop practical skills in property maintenance, tenant relations, financial management, and other skills.
4.3 The course aims to provide insights into current trends and best practices in the UK holiday let market.

5. Financial Risk
5.1 The customer acknowledges, represents, and warrants their awareness that the course is designed to train skills and provide an insight into the property market, and is in no means direct investment advice.
5.1 The course provider makes no promise or guarantee of success or risk of any decision made by the participant following their enrollment in the course. Any decision made by the participant to buy, rent, or sell property, or take out loans and other means of financing for a property will be the sole decision and responsibility of the participant, and the course provider will have no liability as to the outcome.

6. Course Structure and Schedule
6.1 The course structure is a mixture of asynchronous and synchronous sessions.
6.2 Course materials such as recordings and documents will be provided to the participant to be studied at their own pace.
6.3 Access will be granted to all participants to the online training video vault. Participants reserve the right to choose when they review the course material provided they complete them before the weekly meeting.
6.4 A zoom meeting will be held weekly or bi-weekly to rationalise the prescribed topics for the week and to have a Q&A session about them.
6.5 Attendance during the weekly zoom meetings is highly encouraged, but not mandatory.
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 The tuition fees for the course must be paid in full at the time of registration.
7.2 Payments are made through the Stripe service found in the UK-Breaks SA Masterclass website or direct bank transfer to the account:

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The course provider and its licensors shall retain ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in or arising out of or in connection with the courses.
8.2 Participants may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material provided during the course. However, course materials may be downloaded for personal use.
8.3 Participants are prohibited from making their own recordings, audio or video, of any live course sessions. Recordings of live sessions will be provided by the course provider, and the course provider retains all rights to course recordings.
8.4 Sharing of course materials with individuals not enrolled in the course is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access to the course.

9. ConfidentialityÂ
9.1 Each party shall not at any time disclose to any person any confidential information concerning the business, affairs, customers, clients or suppliers of the other party.
9.2 Personal information provided during the enrollment process will be treated with confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Code of Conduct
10.1 Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and professional learning environment. The code of conduct includes:
Respecting instructors, staff, and fellow participants
Avoiding disruptive behaviour during sessions
Respecting the intellectual property rights of the Course Provider and fellow participants

11. Refund Policy
11.1 Participants may request for a refund within 14 days from the start of the course. No refunds will be entertained after the 14-day period has passed.
11.2 Refund requests will be processed within 3-7 working days of receipt.
11.3 Upon refunding, the participant must relinquish access to all the course content and must delete all downloaded course materials.

12. Cancellation and Rescheduling
12.1 The Course Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule live course sessions or dates due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor availability, technical issues, or personal emergencies.

13. Complaints and Inquiries
13.1 The Customer shall submit any feedback, questions or complaints regarding the course, to the course provider at [email protected]. The course provider will deal with all questions or complaints as quickly as possible and will use their reasonable endeavours to find a satisfactory solution.

14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Any disputes or disagreements between participants and the Course Provider will be handled in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
14.2 Participants agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations and communication with the Course Provider.
14.3 If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the parties may seek mediation or arbitration to settle the dispute.

15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
